Do you have vegetarian options?
Plenty: idlis, dosas, snacks like Mirchi Bajji and Punugulu, veg appetizers, Kaju Paneer Pulav, and veg fried rice and noodles.
How much notice do you need?
Please send your request at least days before the event. For the truck at your event, more notice is better.
What about food allergies?

Our story
A little sweetness, late into the night
Madhuram (మధురం) means sweetness in Telugu. It is the feeling we want every plate to leave you with, whether it is your first dosa or your hundredth cup of Irani chai.
Back home in Hyderabad and across Andhra, some of the best food comes out after dark: tiffin centers turning out crisp dosas, Irani cafés pouring chai past midnight, and street carts tossing noodles over roaring flames. Madhuram brings that late-night food culture to Tampa, at Food Town on 131st Avenue near USF, open every night until 2 AM.

Everything we serve is halal. The menu runs from idlis and dosas to pulavs, Andhra-style chicken fries and Indo-Chinese from the wok, with plenty for vegetarians. Pull up, grab a seat under the cover, and stay a while.
